What data we process

Only what you enter in the booking form: your name, phone number, the service you choose and, if you add them, your car's make and model, preferred day and time, and a comment.

Until online booking is live, the data entered in the form is not sent anywhere and is not stored.

Why and on what legal basis

To contact you and arrange your booking. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Who receives the data

Only MSD Group staff see the data. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and database data is stored in the European Union. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• have it corrected;
• have it erased;
• restrict its processing;
• object to its processing;
• receive your data in a portable format.

Cookies

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The website itself sets no cookies. Your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) keeps two technical flags with no personal data: that the intro animation and the hints on the picture have already been shown. They are cleared when you close the browser. Our host, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary cookies for security.
